The first of these mines, Mvuma 33, is a 180-acre (73-hectare) site scheduled for development and launch in 2024.

MVUMA 33 gold mine, situated southeast of Harare in the town of Warren Park, has been prioritised by elect Precious Metals. We hold the mining leases through to relinquishment or renewal in March 2034.
These mining leases were issued on the 24th November 2020, by the Zimbabwe Investment & Development Agency.
While exploration drilling has identified additional resources, only gold mining leases were granted. This ensured focused operations within the designated area, designed for mining and gold processing.
